Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ug88.vu, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you and ug88.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if registered, request the closure of your Account by contacting ug88 customer support. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ug88 and the creation of a Player Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout the period of Account use:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. Misrepresentation of age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the ug88 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Jurisdiction: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ug88 is lawful in your country or jurisdiction of residence. ug88 does not warrant that the Platform is legally accessible in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own legal risk.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You confirm that you are not a self-excluded problem gambler and that you are not registered on any self-exclusion register that would prohibit your use of an online gaming platform.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the ug88 Platform, including placing wagers and making deposits and withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is a breach of this Agreement and applicable Philippine law.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ug88 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must immediately notify ug88 customer support if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• No Transfer of Account: Your ug88 Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Allowing third parties to access or operate your Account is prohibited.
• Account Closure Requests: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting ug88 customer support. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

KYC Identity Verification

ug88 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is a regulatory requirement aligned with PAGCOR standards and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable to Philippine gaming operators.

Players will be required to submit the following documentation as part of the KYC process:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted IDs include: PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC Professional ID, and Voter's ID.
• A recent selfie photograph of the Account holder holding the submitted ID document, with the face and ID details clearly visible.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of the GCash account showing the registered name and number, where this matches the Account registration details.

ug88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable cause to verify the identity, age, or source of funds of any Player. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by ug88 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the ug88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). ug88 does not apply currency conversion fees to deposits or withdrawals made in PHP via supported Philippine payment methods.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and supported payment methods (including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ) are published on the Deposits page within your Account. Deposit limits may be subject to change. ug88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on the payment account must match the registered Account holder's name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Account Withdrawal section. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only — ug88 will make reasonable efforts to process verified withdrawal requests promptly but does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe in all circumstances.

Transaction Integrity: ug88 reserves the right to reverse, suspend, or investigate any transaction that it has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent, related to money laundering, associated with a breach of this Agreement, or processed in error. Players will be notified of any transaction hold where it is lawful and operationally practicable to do so.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the initial deposit, where technically possible, to comply with AML obligations.
• ug88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond ug88's reasonable control.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are published in the respective promotion terms.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ug88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso to the Player's Account Wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are clearly stated in the respective promotion description. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements before opting in to any promotion.
• ug88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where ug88 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, through coordinated play with other accounts, or in breach of the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• ug88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed and in active use by Players.
• Players who have opted into the ug88 VIP program are subject to the additional terms applicable to that program, which are available within the VIP section of the Account dashboard.

Gameplay, Betting Rules & Technical Integrity

All games offered on the ug88 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios. The rules applicable to each individual game are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider and displayed within the game interface. ug88 is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in game rules published by third-party providers, though ug88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from such issues in good faith.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits: Each game has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game lobby or game interface. ug88 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the published maximum limit may be voided and the excess amount returned to the Player's Wallet.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, ug88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any stakes wagered to the Player's Wallet. ug88 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings in such circumstances.

• All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems operated by the respective licensed game provider. ug88 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real-time by human dealers operating in regulated studio environments. Any dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome must be raised within 24 hours of the game round completion.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting authority. ug88 reserves the right to void a sports bet where the relevant event is abandoned, postponed indefinitely, or where settlement data is unavailable.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable and adequate for gameplay. ug88 is not liable for session disconnections or interrupted gameplay caused by the Player's network or device.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug88 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in creating an Account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the ug88 Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit the Platform or other Players.
• Attempting to exploit any software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ug88 Platform or third-party game software. Any bugs discovered must be reported to ug88 support immediately without exploitation.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Accessing or using another Player's Account without their explicit authorisation, or attempting to access any part of the Platform's back-end infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ug88 staff, customer support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.

Account Suspension, Termination & Fund Forfeiture

ug88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the prohibited conduct provisions of Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified, or submission of fraudulent, altered, or invalid identification documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a Player's bank or payment provider.
• Determination that a Player is under 21 years of age at the time of Account creation or at any point during Account use.
• Direction by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the Account will be frozen during the investigation period. Where an Account is closed as a result of a breach of this Agreement, ug88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the Account, including real-money funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the nature of the breach.

Responsible Gaming

ug88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. ug88 operates in alignment with the responsible gaming standards applicable to PAGCOR-aligned platforms in the Philippines.

21+ Requirement: As stated in Section 3, the ug88 Platform is strictly accessible to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is illegal under Philippine law and will not be facilitated by ug88 under any circumstances.

Player-Controlled Limits: Registered Players may configure the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings, without requiring contact with customer support:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session loss limits — restricting the total amount that may be lost within a single gaming session.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary suspension of the Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion — indefinite closure of the Account at the Player's request, which cannot be reversed once activated.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek external support from qualified organisations, including the resources available through PAGCOR's responsible gaming programme and the National Council for Mental Health (NCMH) of the Philippines.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ug88 Platform, including but not limited to the ug88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content (subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective third-party game providers), and all other materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ug88 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit Players to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ug88 Platform without the prior written consent of ug88.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ug88, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of gaming services, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the ug88 Platform.

ug88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ug88 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ug88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, secure from external attack, or that any specific game result or outcome is achievable. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Players use the Platform at their own risk.

Privacy & Data Protection

ug88 collects and processes personal data from registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at ug88.vu/privacy-policy and forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ug88 may be required by law, PAGCOR regulation, court order, or direction from a competent authority to disclose Player account information and transaction records. ug88 will comply with such requirements without prior notification to the affected Player where disclosure is legally prohibited.

Amendments to This Agreement

ug88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. The effective date of any amendment will be indicated at the top of the published Terms & Conditions page. Where an amendment materially affects Player rights or obligations, ug88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file with their Account.

Continued use of the ug88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to ug88 customer support for good-faith resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ug88 customer support, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players acknowledge that, where required, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ug88 is committed to resolving genuine Player disputes fairly and promptly. Players are encouraged to document their concerns in writing and submit them to ug88 support for formal investigation before escalating to any third-party authority.
